Curious About the Club?
When will my letter arrive?
We lovingly pack and send out the Kanecta Letter Club mailings on the 20th of every month. UK Members: Typically receive their letter within 2-5 working days. US & Australia members: Snail mail across the seas take a little longer! Please allow 2-4 weeks for your bit of joy to arrive.
Note: If you join before the 15th, you will get this month's edition. If you sign up after, your journey starts the following month.
How do I update my details or cancel my subscription?
Life changes and we completely understand. Simply pop us an email at hello@kanectaletter.com before the 15th of the month and we will happily update your delivery address, amend your billing details or pause/end your subscription.
What should I do if my letter has not arrived?
Simply pop us an email at hello@kanectaletter.com notifying us. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
